Speedy Rice is an international law consultant focused on Access to Justice and Anti-Corruption practices and education. He collaborates with international organizations and USAID-funded rule of law projects worldwide.
He has tried and assisted in cases before State and Federal courts and argued appellate matters before courts, including the United States Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, and the New Mexico Supreme Court.
Mr. Rice is a retired Professor of Practice from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he designed and taught practicum courses supporting international criminal defense and United Nations legal initiatives.
